Changes to the Board of Directors

Resignation

Guardian Holdings Limited (GHL) announces the resignation of Mrs. Marianne Loner as a member of the Board of Directors with effect from May 13, 2016.

Mrs. Loner has chosen to resign her position given the recent changes in ownership of Guardian Holdings Limited, whereby the International Finance Corporation (on whose nomination as a shareholder her appointment to the Board was effected) no longer has an interest in the Company.

Mrs. Loner was appointed to the Board on August 7, 2014 and has been a very positive addition. The Guardian Group wishes to sincerely thank Mrs. Loner for her valuable and enthusiastic contribution to the Board and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
