The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange (TTSE) has received notice that at a Board of Directors’ meeting held on March 12th, 2015, the following two (2) Directors were appointed to the board of UCL:

1. Mr. Pablo Garrido; and
2. Ms. Enid Blasini
